This is a class for all levels focusing on recovery from the other dynamic classes throughout the week at Aspire Group. If you are a regular to Zuu & Ankorr and other classes at Aspire, this class will release any tension and soreness.
Each week I will cater the class in accordance to what has been worked on throughout the week and if you are not a regular to the classes this is still a great all round Vinyasa session. The classes generally focues on hip & shoulder opening sequences, with less of a focus on advance poses that incorporate things such as inversions but we chuck them in from time to time :)
